Unlike usual sake, doburoku is an unrefined sake that is not filtered after the rice, malted rice, and water has been fermented. Doburoku, which has been drunk as a familiar sake since ancient times, became illegal alcohol after the Meiji period, but people have been loved as “Moonshine.” Currently it is officially accepted as alcoholic beverage, but we are using familiar “密(secret)” letters as marks.
