酒造好適米「吟のさと」を35%まで精白。吟醸香の華やかさ、味の良さ、滑らかさは他のどぶろくと比べ、群を抜いています。

Pickled rice suitable for brewing gin-no-sato is refined to 35%. The colorfulness of ginjoka incense, taste goodness, smoothness are outstanding compared to other doburoku.
